  • Way Ahead is a comprehensive database of more than 5000 mental health related services across NSW.
  • Lifeline - 13 11 14 - offers 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services.
  • Kids Helpline is a free, confidential online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.
  • Headspace Maitland is a confidential service for young people aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing a tough time or are worried about drug and alcohol use, mental and physical wellbeing, sexual health and more.
  • Wesley Mission provides financial and gambling counselling, family programs, in-patient and day patient treatments, psychiatric support, 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services.
  • Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation supports children impacted by family mental illness.
  • Reach Out.com provides online tools and support to help young people get support and feel better.
