  • Way Ahead is a comprehensive database of more than 5000 mental health related services across NSW.
  • Lifeline - 13 11 14 - offers 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services.
  • Kids Helpline is a free, confidential online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.
  • Headspace Maitland is a confidential service for young people aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing a tough time or are worried about drug and alcohol use, mental and physical wellbeing, sexual health and more.
  • Wesley Mission provides financial and gambling counselling, family programs, in-patient and day patient treatments, psychiatric support, 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services.
  • Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation supports children impacted by family mental illness.
  • Reach Out.com provides online tools and support to help young people get support and feel better.
  • The Black Dog Institute provides tools and services to aid people affected by mental health conditions such as depression and bipolar disorder.
  • BeyondBlue's NewAccess program provides free and confidential access to a support coach either over the phone or face to face.
  • St Vincent de Paul Society helps with addiction, disability, disaster relief, domestic violence, emergency housing and homelessness support, finances, food, health and resettling in Australia.
  • The Butterfly Foundation provides support for people experiencing eating disorders, their family and friends.
  • One Door designs and delivers mental health programs accessible through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • WHOS provides therapeutic programs aimed at achieving recovery from alcohol and other drug dependence.
  • NEAMI offers support at home and in the community to improve health, independence and wellbeing.
  • Aftercare is a free support service for people who have recently attempted suicide.
  • ARAFMI Hunter Mental Health Carers offer support and counselling for the families and friends of people with mental illness.
  • The 1800 011 511 Mental Health Line is NSW Health's 24/7 phone service which links people with mental health services. 
  • WellMob offers social, emotional and cultural wellbeing online resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Pepole.
  • ACON helps LGBTQ+ people and people with HIV take control of their mental health by providing counselling services and a care coordination program for people with complex needs.
  • Suicide Call Back Service is a free 24/7 phone and online counselling service for people affected by suicide.
  • The Royal Flying Doctor Service runs mental health clinics and 24/7 telehealth services.
