The Local Woman of the Year award celebreates the remarkables and inspiring women who make a signicant contribution to the local community.
Everyday women of all ages across Maitland make immense and valuable contributions to their community, and these annual awards are an opportunity to publically acknowledge and celebrate these inspirational women.
Pennie joined The Mai-Wel Group in 1997 to coordinate the specialist employment division, now Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions, she then accepted the role of CEO in 2000.
